I’m Jan, the creator of Get Lively Now: The Lifestyle
I’ve spent years working as a personal trainer and health coach, helping my clients build a consistent approach to nutrition and exercise. But in March of 2020, my entire world was turned upside down by COVID-19. With my studio closed for several months, my focus turned toward helping my clients and my audience take better care of themselves through these challenging times.
During this process I learned an important lesson about building a healthy, lively lifestyle. I realized that the key to getting healthier isn’t more knowledge, a better diet or another exercise plan. The key is having someone - or better yet, a whole bunch of someone's - ready to cheer you on and hold you accountable when life gets hard.
It was this realization that led me to create Get Lively Now: The Lifestyle - a fun and interactive virtual wellness program that offers the tools you need to get healthier and the support you need to actually put them into action.
