I’m Jan, the founder of the Get Lively® 30 Wellness Program.

At this point, you’re probably wondering why you should trust me. After all, you’ve followed countless diet experts before and all it got you was guilt, self-judgement and frustration. What makes me - or this program - different?

The Get Lively® 30 is the culmination of my six years as a personal trainer and health coach. I’ve worked with hundreds of women to improve their health. And while they’re all unique, they’ve all had one thing in common: they’re tired of one-size-fits-all nutrition, rigid rules and plans that force them to give up their weekends to meal prep.

Here’s the good news: I’m not going to give you a rulebook you have to follow. I’m not going to give you a list of foods to avoid. I’m not even going to give you specific workouts that you have to complete each week.

I’m not going to do any of that, because I know that one-size-fits-all programs don’t really fit anyone.
